Registration Instruction

All participants must pay registration fees according to the following schedule:

Regular Deadline: March 8, 2012
Late Deadline: April 4, 2011

For Regular Participants, the regular registration is US$680, the late registration is US$785, the on-site registration is US$880; For Full Time Students, the regular registration is US$450, the late registration is US$565, the on-site registration is US$650;

The registration fees are refundable less a ten percent (10%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before March 15, 2012, or less a twenty percent (20%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before April 8, 2012.

Registration fees cannot be refunded if notice of cancellation is received after April 8, 2011.
On-site registration payments are acceptable in Cash Only.
